Have had a couple of purchases now and the emailed confirmations and service/delivery have been really good. Very happy with everything experienced. Product : Overall the balls were pretty poor quality even for practice balls, lots with cuts and damage that made them useless to me, much lower grade than the Srixon practice balls I'd recently purchased. The lower price point on superior balls should have been an indication, but at 30c a ball there were still more than enough balls of good practice quality to make this a worthwhile purchase, and you've gotta be realistic about what you get for the money you're paying. |

Service rating : Hit em straight! :) Product : Called the customer and had a good chat as soon as we saw this feedback. Overall the customer is happy with the price and overall description of the ball on the sales page. The thing with these Pro V1's is that once they get used a fair bit they do get a brown/discoloured look to them. This is in contrast to other balls such as the harder Srixon's, Titleists or other harder golf balls. Because the Pro V1 has layer of white paint, and then the inside material (the cover) is brown, once the paint starts to wear very thin or get worn off the ball starts to look dark and discoloured. Happy to make it up on the next order. |

Apologies that you are unhappy with the purchase. These balls are the lowest on our 5 grade scale, so they are very worn and scuffed. Best for use in a park or on the putting green. We do have higher grades which many customers purchase for practice rounds. We suggest to use our AAA/Standard...

We do have higher grades which many customers purchase for practice rounds. We suggest to use our AAA/Standard grade balls for practice rounds as these are used and worn but still very very good for play.
