Service rating : After having received notification that the courier was unable to deliver the consignment my phoned them and re arranged the deliver for a time when she would be there. They failed to turn up. She subsequently made another appointment but again they failed to turn up. There was no notification that they would be not be able to keep the appointment. When she phoned to enquire why they told her that she would have to drive out to their depot to pick up the parcel. When she got there they claimed that they couldn't find it and they would send it out to her. She refused to leave without the parcel. The staff were rude to her. After 30 mins they 'miraculously' found the parcel and she took it with her. I would recommend that Lost Golf Balls uses a different courier service in future. My company will never use them and we are a large multinational company who extensively use couriers Product : I am disappointed in the number of balls that either have a scuff mark, are discoloured (off white), have a corporate logo and/or have a permanent ink marking |
